Street Security and Surrounding Area Safety
We’re all about good vibes—but we’ve also made sure the streets around the venue are fully covered.
· Street Patrols: Our trained security squad will be stationed around the venue to keep an eye on things and make sure everyone feels safe coming and going.
· Collaboration with Local Authorities: We’re working hand-in-hand with local police and emergency services for fast support if anything goes down.
· Well-Lit Routes: All main walkways and access points will be well-lit and regularly patrolled so you can move around confidently—before, during, and after the event.

Pick-Up &
Drop-Off Zones
Whether you’re pulling up with your squad or getting dropped off by the ‘rents, we’ve got it sorted:
· Designated Pick-Up and Drop-Off: Easy to spot, super organised, and managed by security and volunteers so arrivals go smoothly.
· On-Site Assistance: Not sure where to go? Our team will be around to guide you, help you find your ride, and make sure you get home safe.

Venue Security: Always on Guard
The party inside is just as secure. We’ve got layers of safety in place so you can focus on the music, the energy, and the moment.
· Trained Security Personnel: There’ll be security posted at all entrances and exits, and roaming the venue to keep things in check.
· Emergency Procedures: Our staff and security are trained to handle emergencies and get you help fast if something unexpected happens.
· Medical Presence: We’ve got certified medical pros on-site the entire time in case anyone needs medical support, big or small.

NFC Wristbands: Your Access to a Secure Event
Your wristband not only lets you tap and pay for drinks and food at the festival, but it also stores your medical information and emergency contact details for quick access in case of an emergency.

Feeling off? See someone who isn’t okay? Help is always close:
· Tell Security or a Red Frog: If you or someone else needs help, just flag down a staff member or Red Frog – no stress, no judgement.
· On-Site Medical Team: We’ve got medical pros ready for anything from a twisted ankle to something more serious. You’re covered.

· Keep Your Drink Covered: Don’t leave it unattended, and cover it when you’re not sipping.
· Stay With Your Crew: Use the buddy system—check in, check up, stick together.
